Active Directory : Support
Officially the ACCC will give priority support to the UIC Campus Active Directory forest before private AD forests. Support for departments in the UIC Campus Active Directory will usually be at no cost.

Departments that have private AD forests can consut the ACCC for assistance. Assistance for private AD forests will be provided by the ACCC pending administrator availability and charged at an hourly rate.
An undertaking of such magnitude requires a lot of behind the scenes work. A full time staff of Network Administrators is available for support, maintenance, and planning for our campus wide Active Directory.
If you have questions or would like more information regarding Active Directory at UIC please e-mail LAN@uic.edu. A Network Administrator will respond to your request.
Without the following individuals and departments the UIC AD Forest would not be possible. They are responsible for the day to day operations of our servers and services.
